This was an enjoyable movie which is based on the premises that all children are born with universal knowledge and a language of their own. They have this knowledge and language until they are two years old, at which time they "cross over" and forget both the knowledge and language, after crossing over they learn to speak adult language. Within this overall premise, the movie is about two groups who are trying to learn from infants. One is a married couple who run a daycare and have two one-year-olds of their own (one of which is adopted). Unknown to them their adopted son has an identical twin who is in the hands of the a large corporation which is trying to learn to communicate with these infants to carry out a sinister plan for a new world order.
 However, the twin held by the corporation escapes and is accidentally switched with his twin brother before being returned to the corporation. Once the twins learn that they are twins, they realize that they have been communicating telepathically. They use this ability to launch a plan to stop the evil plans of the corporation and unit with each other. Each twin is helped by the other infants who are with him.
